My Daily Routine for Focus and Productivity

Over the years, I’ve refined a simple routine that helps me stay focused, productive, and balanced.

🌅 Morning

  • Wake up around 6:00 AM

  • Drink water and stretch for 5-10 minutes

  • Meditate or sit in silence for mental clarity

  • Quick review of top 3 tasks for the day

💻 Work & Study

  • Deep work block (2-3 hours) with minimal distractions

  • Short breaks every 45-60 minutes to stretch and reset

  • Healthy lunch with no screens to relax fully

🌇 Evening

  • Lighter tasks: reading, planning, replying to messages

  • Walk or light exercise to refresh body and mind

  • Journaling thoughts, gratitude, or reflections

🌙 Night

  • Disconnect from devices an hour before sleep

  • Read a few pages of a book

  • Sleep by 10:30-11:00 PM for recovery
